[Resolved] Tata Sky Ltd — Poor service from a Tata company Tata Sky Ltd | |||
On 4th September, 2021 I had put a requirement for Tata sky dish in Tata Sky website. Subsequently, as per the call received from Tata Sky representative, I had taken a HD connection on 4.9.2021 (Customer ID [protected]) after paying Rs.2650/-. Actually I wanted a Hindi Value pack, as per whattsapp confirmation received from your representative for one year Hindi Value Pack. However, at the time of installation instead of recharging for Hindi Value pack, by mistake their call centre had recharged for Marathi HIndi Value Pack for one year. It is their mistake. Subsequently I had complained to their helpdesk as well as nodal officer. Instead of solving the issue, without my knowledge, you have cancelled the 1 year Marathi Hindi Pack and also charged me for one year rental fee of Rs.1233/-.My agreed package was one year Hindi channel with free set off box for Rs.2450/-. I would like to know when offer given to me was with free set top box, how can they charge me for the same. Due to the mistake committed by Tata Sky, my validity of package is also reduced to 6 months, i.e. upto 17th April, 2022 instead of one year upto 30th August, 2022. Because of not giving correct pack recharge by you, I am suffering. I have requested them to kindly reverse the amount of Rs.1233/- debited by them for the one year rental as my understanding with Tata Sky was with free set top box only. Alternatively kindly restore my Annual Marathi Hindi Value Pack. I have been following up with their help desk and nodal officer; but no satisfactory reply.
