I have taken TATA sky connection on 18.01.2016. At the time of new connection, TATA Sky representative clearly told that the connection may be suspended temporarily for few days at any time without any extra cost and the balance amount of my account can be extended next time when I restore my connection. Now sorry to say that today i.e. on 6th February, 2016 when I talked to customer care for the above facility, they said that Rs.20 shall be charged from my a/c and this facility provided only one time in a year. Now I have no other option to stop the TATA sky connection and I lost Rs.1950. Please let me know, what should I do ?
