Tata Sky — Making fool to customers and cheating with offering packages | |||||
One month back i bought the Tata Sky, I personally feel that i got cheated. at the time of selling they said they have 4 - 5 no for customer care but when i call to change the package, every time the waiting time was 10 min and that not got over for 45 min. I am trying them last 3 days even i try to change the package online but they did not send me any mail and msg to my register no. they put me a very high package 680 rs. but on the other hand there are other packages are available on 240 rs that suit to my pocket. at the time of selling they said it is 3 month free but every month they block my channels and ask for recharge. can anyone help me in this case..
