Dear Sir, I have Register a complaint thru. SMS on 07/04/2015 vide Work Order NS[protected]. your service Eng. visit at Home on 09/04/2015. But Without confirming us our complaint has been closed. I am very much upset that our so many channels which was earlier showing clearly. after setting by your eng. not shown. (news channel, discovery, net geo, marthi etc.) if my problem not solve properly. I HAVE NO CHOICE TO CLOSE THE TATA SKY CONNECTION. You are requested kindly solve our problem urgently.
