Tata Sky — Marathi Channel as wel as English channel not viewed

Dear Sir /Madam, Our Subscriber ID is [protected], we are recharge your tata sky every month by Rs.351/- but from last 2 months there is problem in channels, after recharge 2 /3 days we cannot get Marathi as wel as English Movie channel and many others. There is no any contact no or adress of your service engineer. How can we satisfy.
