Tata Sky — Messages for renewal of package. the last payment was made on feb 5, 2016 | |||
I have been receiving messages from Tata Sky for Renewal of Base pack. I made a payment for 5000 on Feb 5, 2016. At the time of payment I checked on the website the amount for Base pack showed Rs 2663 for 6months and I added the value of other services for 6months and paid Rs 5000. On calling customer service on Mar 5, 2016 Rep who attended the call said that she cannot take my complaint and has taken a technical step and I will not be receiving messages for Renewal. Again I received a messaged on mar 6, 2016. I called customer service for Tata Sky again. I spoke to a rep and When I asked for a supervisor they disconnected the call. I called again and asked for a supervisor Arun and when I was explaining my issue supervisor Arun also disconnected my call. Was this information helpful? | |||

if I Paid the amount for 6 months and I do not call to make a renewal what will they do with the money that I paid in Feb 2016.
