[Resolved]  Tata Sky — mis selling of package and unilateral imposing package

My tata sky id [protected] recharged today with 220 and i got message that music pack worth rs 75 activated so i contacted on [protected] they blammed me i have activated first your executive without listening blamed me after that they deactivate it and charged for one or two days why if i have not activated any package why should i pay for that and what action taken against that person who activated this pl confirm me your action refund of excess deducted amount otherwise we will move to consumer forum
