[Resolved] Tata Sky — Misguided while booking the connection, Billing & package dispute | |||
Respected Sir, I am Oldest consumer of Tatasky Having ID- [protected], As type Standard, with Dhamal mix package in offer for Life long on Rs. 125/- PM, few days back I & family relocate to Bhiwandi from Thane. while taking reconnection with tatasky I have purely cleared with department I have lost my STB (set top box) want another box with existing ID on my New address. Then they replied me we are unable to so, go for secondary connection then swap it & deactivate your secondary connection. Your previous offer will be continued. Now the Tatasky says we are unable to continue this offer & they have wrongly charge me for various type I won't understand that which kind of charge are this.
