[Resolved] Tata Sky — mislead and get recharge by giving wrong information

I asked for tata sky multi tv connection on 14th july 2018 for my two tvs. tata sky associative advised me to recharge with Rs. 3, 610/-(rupees three thousand six hundred ten) for multi tv connection for a period of 1 year including technician charges of Rs 100. I recharged the same amount through my debit card and requested him to raise request for technician. I waited for a week and called the associative again. this time he told that I have to purchase another set top box and they will merge the two boxes for multi tv connection.I told him that I have another set top box connection in the same address. he told me that he raised a request and gave me a reference number '16GQMF73'. I waited for two days and called again. now this associative told that the reference number is not there and my second box is in inactive state and activate it by recharging with rs. 200/-(rupees two hundred). 5 days back I did the same through debit card and asked them to raise request again for technician. mean while i tried many times by phone and live chat with their associatives to speed up the the process. but there is no use. I asked them I may lose the recharge amount if days gone but they told me that my amount is in my account and that will not get less unless I use the connection. today I got a sms to my phone that my second connection will deactivated as the amount is less in my account. again I called the helpline today. now they are telling that my second account was recharged with daily wise and the amount is less in my account and is deactivated. I asked them why they mis leaded me so many times from 15 days and wasted my money while i am talking to them they muted my call and did not responded for my questions while my call is in active. please advise me what to do to get justice and I request the forum to do the needful .

My problem has been resolved after giving complaint in this forum.
Tata sky people contacted themselves through the phone numbers 4066006160 and 8071684200 and
send their technicians to my house fixed the necessary equipment and resolved the problem. thanks to this forum.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
