[Resolved] Tata Sky — Misleading Alert | |||
Subscriber Id - [protected] I recharged the account balance approx. at 10.33AM. Despite this I got the alert on TV at around 12.05PM approx. that if not recharged, my connection will be deactivated. Spoke to Customer Care - Irfan at 12.09 for the clarification. As per it is due to technical fault and server problem but I am not satisfied. How the online details were updated if there was a server problem and technical fault. Again the customer care is not at all able to give the correct answer. This is second incidents of bad service in last week from Tata Sky. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter, activate your account and compensate for the days you were unable to view television.
