Tata Sky — Misleading calls by executives for certain pack activation | |
I am a tata sky user with user id [protected]. On 20th april 2015 at 12:34pm I received a call from a tatasky executive named Rohit Kadam with employee id. 105512 as supplied to me by the customer care on my complaint; called me to tell that I am having the monthly active english pack for free for one month and after which it would have been chargeable and asked whether or not I am approving it. On a reply i said to Mr.kadam that i will take that free versions only and will not opt for paying for the pack as i dont need it. Still he activated the pack and then i received an sms that the certain pack has been activated and is charged too. Basically he told a lie that the pack is free for one month. Confronting this situation I called their customer care and demanded the refund and cancellation of the pack. At the same time I also demanded the executive's name and employee id.
I believe that this type of practice is really unethical and a harrassment for the customers. Was this information helpful? | |
