[Resolved] Tata Sky — misleading customer care | |||
I called the tatasky helpline no, regarding the subscription of a channel, as i was not aware of the newly trai rules which came to effect. He asked me usual questions. He ensured me that my subscription is under process and some slight changes have been made regarding confirmation of my channel subscription and all i had to do was just miscall a given no which he had given to me (Whichi can't disclose) Convincing me that my process will be confirmed just after that. To my surprise there was someone aged men unknown speaking at the other end and telling me that i must have dialed a wrong no. As i called the helpline no so i honestly believed him and did just as he guided me. For it is what helpline no are supposed to be. I believe action must be taken for such practices. As it is a shame that such a reputed company hire those who just misguide or joke their clients. Was this information helpful? | |||
