[Resolved]  Tata Sky — modifications of packs/channels

Tata sky is worst dth service provider. I am facing problems in changing packs/channels on their website as well as mobile app. I have contacted them so many times over calls and emails, but it seems they are not interested to solve any kind of issues. They even don't ready to understand what the issue is and started giving some predefined solution. I also emailed my problem but still the reply is completely different. I have requested them to drop a channel 3 days ago as there was some issues in the website and app, the request is still pending. Whenever i call them to know the status, they just say it will be done soon. I don't know what they meant of soon. I have attached my complaint mail and their reply mail.
