INR 170 deducted from my account for replacement of some connector, the problem was for no signals due to some up gradation by tatasky, channels were on and only some channels were not visible, which means there was no issue with the hardware and the enire problem was because of tatasky up gradtion, in such situation tatasky should bare all charges related to this problem, but instead they have started charging same to customer, this is purely case of cheating to customer by TATASKY Was this information helpful? |
