[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Money deducted from my bank account but recharge not done

I recharged my tata sky on 5th May, 2023 for Rs 100 but that didn't show on my recharge neither did I receive any SMS confirmation. I contacted the customer care and they responded saying it's not their responsibility. I e-mailed them too. But they simply said it's not their responsibility.
