[Resolved] Tata Sky — Money deducted without any prior information | |||||
What a worst services ever I have seen in my life by Tatasky. I complained about network problem to tatasky customer care. They said they will send a technician to rectify the problem related to network or channel. Technician fixed the problem in 2 seconds by moving antenna 2° and asked to pay 100rs. I said I didn't get any information from customer care to pay money to you. Next day tatasky company deducted 200rs from my account. Dear tatasky team, you guys had to do a lot of homework before stealing money. This is not a correct way to deduct money. If there was any charge to visit technician, then why didn't you inform me before sending technician ? I want my money back otherwise I will keep posting on all sites regarding your stupidity ...
