[Resolved] Tata Sky — money paid for 1 month subscription but service discontinued in 14 days | |||
I had booked online tata sky device with package of family, kids, sports hd 1 month pack on 25th - april-2019 at around 9:55 am. I had paid rs 2252/- online. I had got the subscriber id as [protected]. When the installation engineer came for installation, he told me that this device [protected] is not working properly and he changed my device. As i had paid online for 1 month subscription with device, it should work for 1 month, but now my service is discontinued in 14 days. Since i had paid online rs: 2254, why should i pay now again. I have also made many complaint in customer care and to nodal officer, but i am still waiting to here from your end. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
