[Resolved]  Tata Sky — money taken without doing service

Sir, u have taken chages from my account on doing service of dismantle and relocation charges comes around 500. Where as no tecnician visited to carry out the job.
Despite three times reminder to customer service centre they unable to explain and i am not getting my money back.
I dont know from where u get this input to deduct the amount.
I request to reimburse my amount back.

The guy who came to give the connection must have replaced the form with someone of a different name . I tried to chat with the tata sky guys and apparently i have to become Rohit Rai and then give a disclaimer that change my name to the original one . Hillarious
