Tata Sky — Monthly recharge amount not revised.

My Subscriber ID is [protected]. My monthly recharge has been revised to Rs.531/- from Rs.482/- by adding an amount of Rs.49/- last month..towards Active Music.I had subscribed for Active Music by mistake over phone last month and i made a request a fortnight back on tatasky online to cancel my subscription for Active Music immediately and revise the amount back to Rs.482/-.This has not been done till now and i am getting a reminder for payment of Rs.531/- by 26th May, '15.I am hereby requesting you to comply with my request immediately.GANAPATHY
