Tata Sky — Most of the channels not working - 'No Signal' error message | |||
I am using tata sky subscription (Subscriber ID [protected]) for more than 1 years. We are not able access most of the channels for last 4 days, Starting 2nd April 2015 due to some technical error and we get to NO SIGNAL error message on many channels. When user is due for any payment, TataSky sends reminder messages to Subscribers which will be displayed on the TV. Any such subscription expiry or payment information is displayed on the TV screen blocking the view of the users. I have sent a complaint SMS to 56633 on 4th April 2015. They did not use their regular means of communication to inform the subscribers. They are least bothered to get in touch with subscribers to check whether the issue raised is resolved or not. I am yet to get any response from TataSky on fixing the problem. I would request TataSky to compensate for thier mismanagement and causing inconvenience to me and my family.
