Tata Sky — My DTH is not providing all channels

My DTH is nt working properly from last 15days.. my RMN no. is [protected] my subscriber id is [protected] The package i selected is of rs.230 and it does not show all the sufficient channels.. like news and music channels.. so i request you to kindly check and take whatever required action as soon as possible.. thank you..
