New dth connection - UPI payment successfully done and money debited from my account but order not confirmed.

Hi,
I have applied for new connection tata binge plus yesterday(4th July 2022) through tata sky official website and payment done through phone pay. My transition I'd is T2207040436360526167129 my utr no is[protected] My transaction got succeeded, money got deducted from my account but my order not confimed yet. Still there is no update from tatasky regarding my connection.
I have contacted respective bank and they also confirmed that transaction got succeeded and money credited to tatasky successfully, they said please contact tatasky.
I have contacted tatasky customer executive, they said try to do email to [protected]@tatasky.com. I have already sent email 3 times but I am getting reply back as 'please provide subcriber Id'. But my subsciber Id not generated yet.
Could you please help me on this issue and provide me any update whether my order got failed or still in progress. If it is failed, then please initiate refund process. So that I can apply for new connection again.
