[Resolved]  Tata Sky — My recharge failed but amount got debited

I recharged my Tata sky account on 2nd November 2020 for rs 268.The recharge got failed but the amount was debited from my FBI account.When will I get the refund?
Then I again do a recharge for rs 300 and it was successful.
The subscriber ID is [protected].
The Upi transaction ID is[protected].
