[Resolved] Tata Sky — my set up box error

This is the wrong card for this set up box (Pairing error).
Nds no and digicard id is displayed.
I switched on my tv this morning and i got this error. It was working fine till yesterday. I want this to be resolved at the earliest because i am not able to watch the world cup. I tried removing the card and cleaning the electronic chip, but it is not working. Suggest something helpful!

Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
