This is the wrong card for this set up box (Pairing error).
Nds no and digicard id is displayed.
I switched on my tv this morning and i got this error. It was working fine till yesterday. I want this to be resolved at the earliest because i am not able to watch the world cup. I tried removing the card and cleaning the electronic chip, but it is not working. Suggest something helpful!

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
