Tata Sky — my set up box is not receiving signal

pls solve this issue your set up box is not receiving signal. but no rain outside. and set up box is power on mode only. as set up box suggested i switched off set up box and on again still same message is showing. if i change chanel it is working for some time and again same dilage box showing again. My Subscriber ID : [protected] why this issue? trying to call your customer care no, it is always busyyyyyyyyyy.
