I am a premium client of Tata Sky & have paid for yearly HD package & have HD plus set top box. We are unable to get clear picture on Tata Sky set top. We complained & they suggested to change to new set top box by paying Rs.700/- which we paid. But the problem continues eveafter they attended technicaly. When we complain on help line, they inform they will send technician, but technician never comes. This we are facing since 3 months. pls help to solve as we are unable to get any response & we have paid one year subscription Was this information helpful? | |||||
