Tata Sky — My Tata Sky is out of order for the last approx 3 weeks

Dear Sir, I am a Tata Sky Customer, My subscription ID is [protected]. Since the last 3 weeks I am unable to view Tata Sky. I have 2 conncetions at home and both are not working. I have lodged complaint almost 2.5 weeks ago. Subsequently spoken to their customer support executives number of times. They always promise that next day I will receive a call from their office and techitian will visit my place and the problem will be solved but till date no one has visited our place. In the meantime I have followed up many times with them but to no avail. I had earlier paid 1 years subscription in advance. There is a live chat help desk available for customers. I have visited the site multiple times but It always says you are in Queue. And inspite of your best efforts to reach them after 30 mts or so it flashes a message that you are offline. Hence you are unable to touch base with them. In the meantime I got an SMS with a work order "HMNJKM7' on 11th April and later again got a message that the job is done and problem is solved. In fact I also got a call from Tata Sky asking me about the technitian's visit and how was the experience and whether things are Okay now, Since no one had visited my place I mentioned that no one has visited my place and the problem persists. So the person apologised and took my address and promised to send the technitian the same day but till day no one has turned up. This is a thoroughly unprofessional behaviour demonstrated by Tata Sky. In fact I feel cheated. I am completely flabbergasted and do not know where to go for help, hence approachig you. I would like to get rid of Tata Sky as soon as possible and get a refund of my hard earned money so that I can approach some other service provider. Request you to help me Sir.
