[Resolved] Tata Sky — negative balance showing in account | |||
Hi. I have taken new tata sky connection on 11th sept 2019. It is tata sky hd+ setup box with 6 months telugu pack. My account is showing negative balance of -120. And also kids channels not coming. When i called customer care, kids channels are there in my pack, he tried to activate them but still these channels not coming. He raised a technical complaint to resolve the issue. What a technical person can do here. Technical person called me and said he would resolve only connection problems. Please help here. Was this information helpful? | |||
