Tata Sky — Network issue for last 10 days

Tata sky DTH is charging for daily services but for last 10 days we are unable to view the channels due to some patch work been done by them. I have tried calling customer case number of times but was unable to get in touch with the executives. They have informed to give miscall to a specific number and also to send SMS to register the complaint, which I have done but still there is not appropriate action on complaint and still issue is not resolved

I spoken with executives, they told me that it will resolved by today. 6 days gone.
