Tata Sky — Network(Signal)related problem

Dear sir With reference to the above I would like to inform you that I have DTH Tata sky connection. My Id is-[protected].From 08/09/2015 evening hours I am unable to watch any program due to network(signal) related problem. I made a complain to customer care same time. My complain no-JY9L52F dated 08/09/2015.I am waiting for some body to rectify my problem but nobody attend my problem. I think this is lac of responsibility or negligence by customer care people. I am extremely unsatisfied with customer care people and your system. Please find out the actual problem and rectify the same as soon as possible.
