Tata Sky — new channel add

Hello, My name is prasoon verma My subscription I'd is[protected], I am subscribed to English movie pack yester day. . But even after one day the package is not included. I am trying to ask the customer care support. But they are busy in transferring my calls. N one thing I dont understand why it is written tollfree on internet. Instead my calls are getting charged. After that also there is no feedback from ur side. We all customers are very much frustrated with tata sky customer support. We are not getting any help.
