Tata Sky — new channel selection not working

I selected my channels a week back, but Tata Sky will not implement them. They keep charging me for old packs. I have called them multiple times but they keep saying that its still not active. They are not giving me a date when it will be active. Its cheating from their side by delaying activating the new pack
