[Resolved]  Tata Sky — new connection and account activation

I bought new hd settop box for 2000 rupees on august -22 -2018, from a dealer and he promised me ultra pack free for one month from the date of activation. Tata sky activated the connection and now the tata sky deactivated my subscription in just 8 days saying that the amount was not sufficient for ultra pack. My question is why did they activate the ultrapack with the new connection when the amount is not sufficient. They allowed the dealer to offer the pack and activated and then deactivated it in a week and forcing me to shell out another 560 rupees additionally. This is definitely cheating and dishonesty on their part.
