[Resolved] Tata Sky — new connection: lijo mathew | |||||
Iam lijo mathew from pune (Contact [protected]). I had requested for a new connection from tata sky on 27th october and received a call back from one of the customer care executive who took my contact & address details. I was told that a technician will contact me on 3rd nov and take my appointment and a new connection will be made available to me by 4th nov. Till date none of the technicians or call centre executives have contacted or updated me about the progress. I have called up the call centre number [protected] 4 times and each time i get an assurance that it will be actioned 'today' but nothing has happened till date.
