[Resolved] Tata Sky — new connection - negative balance

I have got a new connection 3 days back. While purchasing it was mentioned online as it is free for a 1month basic pack and balance was showing around 144rs. After two days it is showing minus -44rs after checking with customer support they have mentioned it is a charge of installation & device which is not fair. I need your immediate action on this or else i need to take a step forward on this issue.
