[Resolved]  Tata Sky — new connection not delivered

I had booked a new connection on the phone on 19th april 2018. I received a sms confirming the order and delivery time of around 3:00 pm next day. No one turned up. When i called the number again, they apologised and said they will send someone on 23rd april 2018 for delivery and installation. No one turned up again. The i called back tatasky said they will respond and asked me to hold the line. Then the line got disconnected (Or was it deliberately disconnected). Still no one has turned up.

The installation staff called me today. I am not sure if it is a response to the complain on this site or they just decided to call after 4 days. However, I no longer wish to receive service from that particular agent. Please arrange for another agent if possible.

The details of agent who responded today is:
POPULAR SERVICES, located Ulsoor, Bangalore
(Thats the name they gave me. I have not verified if the name & address is correct)
