Tata Sky — New Installation of Tata sky delayed indefinately once payment was done online

I bought Tata sky new installation by paying the full amount online through their website . Tata Sky assured me the installation within 24 hours but now more than 5 days passed and no one has contacted for the device installation till now. Every time i contacted the customer care of Tata sky, they are giving false promises that installation will be initiated soon but there has been no update from the company. Just by getting full amount from customer before installation, the company is not bothered about delivery to customer. I am still waiting for any response from the company as all my requests are falling on deaf ears.
