[Resolved] Tata Sky — new pack selection not implemented by tata sky | |||
Trai has issued new guidlines for dth and cable tv operators for new create ur own pack facility for customers, but tata zky do not have any interest on the guidelines issued by trai, they hav'nt change the pack till date i. E. On 2nd feb. 2019, even after calling the company customer care they are giving false reply this is causing mental agony to me as a, i have submitted my channels on 27 the january but till date no proper response from tata sky. Customer care executive is instructing me to recharge on my earlier amount to continue the services, pls take necessary action as i am losing my rights Was this information helpful? | |||
