Tata Sky — New type revenue method | |||
Though we recharged for an amount of Rs. 200/- yesterday, we are not getting some channels. We complained in Customer Care, they are telling as Technical issues and will send Person directly for Rs. 170/- (Per Visit).We are not satisfied with your service, kindly refund my money back. Today, we got a call from Tata Sky for Annual Recharge of Rs. 1200/- after 50% dis for South Regional Package. If you provide the services with AMC, we would Recharge annually otherwise we are scared to do this because for whole year, for any kind of issues if you charge additionally, it won't be a saving for me.
