Tata Sky — No action on Requests made since an Year

It is quite a shame that entity like Tata has this kind of Customer support. Tata Sky had upgraded their Set Top Box and was changing for free of cost, which has not happened for my connection ID# [protected] till date. I have raised request a Million times for the same, every time the request is registered but the irony is there is no closure on it! I even have been requesting that if technicians of Tata Sky have too much of problem in providing services in Mussoorie, I can carry the set top box and get it changed in Dehradun, but i am told that "No" they will visit to the location and do the change. Today yet again I was trying to test my luck and called the customer care no. to register my request but after speaking for some time, the representative starts behaving as if he/she cannot hear me and disconnects the call. If Tata Sky cannot provide services in Mussoorie, please confirm. will switch to another service provider. Appreciate an immediate response with a closure on the concern either ways.
