1. I had requested 1 week ago for unsubscription of 2nd tv connection. But till date it is still active. Why should i give extra money for unreponsiveness of tata sky.
2. Whenever i try to chat with them on line through helpdesk in tatasky website, after keeping me in que for long time, when my number comes they pop up a message that tatasky service is unresponsive now.
