I am getting 'no signal' message on the screen since last saturday i.E. 12-mar-16.
Below are the complaint records:
12th march 2016 -
Called helpdesk and registered a complaint for this issue on 12th march. Complaint number is ndcvyz8. In spite of providing my alternate number, engineer called on registered mobile number which was with my father. He was out of city and not aware of the issue, so he cancelled it.
14th march 2016 -
Still issue was not resolved, so registered a new complaint. Complaint number is nem2ygb.
15th march 2016 -
Received a call from help desk on registered mobile number and advised that they will check whether there is any issue from their side and will get back after 2 hrs. But we did not receive any call after that and even the complaint got cancelled.
16th march 2016 -
Still issue was not resolved, so registered a new complaint in the evening. Complaint number is ngqxfq8. Have been told that an engineer will call next day i.E. 17th march before 10:00 am. But neither received any call from engineer nor he visited.
18th march 2016 -
Still issue was not resolved, so called help desk in the morning and asked to send a engineer at home to resolve the issue. Have been advised that we will receive a call from engineer within 2 hrs. When i said that i will escalate this issue if engineer does not call/visit, the support person responded that go ahead and escalate it. That means there is no hold of the upper management on these support persons and the complaints.
No one called till 03:00 pm. Received a call from help desk at 03:00 pm and said the same thing that we will receive a call within 2 hrs, but again no calls further.
19th march 2016 -
It is 10:50 am and still not received any call from either help desk or engineer. Also the issue is still not resolved.
