Tata Sky — No auto refresh after recharge if STB was OFF | |
I have a situation where I may recharge my TataSky STB from online and I may not be in front of the STB. The STB may be off at that time. HOwever later when I start the STB it's unclear when it auto refreshes in the STB. I waited for over 10 minutes and manually refreshed my account. The issue is there are senior citizens in my house who don't know such procedures. All they know is On/Off and change channel. I thought tata sky might have a solution but despite request to talk to a tech person, all they did is called me back and only a general executive spoke to me who did not have any knowledge of my concern. I would prefer is STB refreshes itself later automatically upon switched on later after recharge. Hope tata sky will implement such a user friendly feature. Remove the constraint that STB must be on while recharging. Was this information helpful? | |
