Tata Sky — No channels after paying subscription charges

Good Morning!
We paid the subscription charges on November 27, 2021. However, we are unable to view any channels on the television. We request you to kindly look into this matter and provide assistance to what action needs to be taken next…

Yes ! Hoping to get some positive help. As per the technician after paying 240 last month and not viewing a single channel (waste of recharge) we again paid 50 as per the technician suggestion and assurance that it will start in 24 hours. However, unfortunately yet no success. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
