My Tatasky connection is not working since more than 15 two weeks. I have registered complaints through SMS, missed calls and via email. Every day I receive SMS your work is pending, thank you for your patience, our field service team will contact you soon.
we have already allocated your request to our tata Sky Enguneer who will contact you shortly.
I am not able to reach them through customer care numbers, recorded message you keep on listening about their products etc. I have subscribed for annual package, and now left with the option of not watching the channels. Only English news channels U watch on a daily basis are not available.
I am really very disappointed with the Tatsky services. When the subscription comes to end, mthey are very prompt in calling up even in one months advance to renewal, would have appreciated the promptness with regard to complaints also. Was this information helpful? | |
