[Resolved] Tata Sky — no connection after repeated complaints and defiant behaviour | |||
We have registered and paid the full amount for a dth connection for the entire building in pune. Even after complete follow up for the installation of a common antennae for the building the concerned person is not responding, does not pick up the phone. It has been 2 months since complete payment is made and the no objection certificate has been given to tata sky on the company's letterhead for installation of the dth antennae for the entire building. On calling for enquiry the installation person talks very rudely and tells us to do what we want to and complain to whoever we want to. Either the money paid needs to be returned or the work needs to be completed as people staying in our building are getting frustrated with the service being provided by tata sky. Also installers need to be trained for manners by the tata sky team. Name of the concerned person who needs to be trained is "satish kolpe".
