There has been response till date from Tata sky after posting a compliant on this site. Guess this is the way they treat their customers.
Big mistake that I took connection from this company.
The best part is that today I got a message that my pack is expiring tonight and I should recharge it. When there is no transmission on my television since 12th December how can you even think of asking for a recharge. This clearly shows that the company senior leadership has no interest in resolving a customer complaint. Was this information helpful? |
