Tata Sky — No connection since 8 April

Hi, There has been no signal since 8 April. I had sent SMS of NS. Engineer visited once and then never came back. Phone numbers are in waiting. I put a detailed complaint on Facebook. No response. I asked to refund my annual package. So that I can move to a different service provider. Kids are on holidays IPL is going on and I am having no TV since 3 weeks. There has been no response from tata sky. Request help. Tata sky ID [protected] Phone number [protected].

Team, request for urgent help
Thanks the service was restored on 10 May and I have been following up with CC and nodal officer. Initially they said they will provide a refund but now they have sent mail that refund would not be processed . pls need your help
