Sorry to say but I am disgusted with your poor customer grievance redressal. The past week has been a harrowing experience for us as tatasky customers and take my word, we will never again refer anyone to tatasky, leave alone continuing with your service. Forget about no service for 5 days, we couldn't reach customer service, our emails went answered, our calls to service managers and our complaints went unheard!!! Topping it, now again the service is disconnected for no recharge done, while we were waiting for our credit issue to be resolved first!!
Totally disappointed! Am going ahead with disconnecting my service and also with my consumer forum complaint!!! All the very best! Was this information helpful? | |
