Tata Sky — no customer care service response for relocation of Tata Sky | |||
My name is Rohan Panjwani Customer Id [protected] I have been a Tata Sky subscriber since 4 years. I have recently moved to a new address and have been trying to get my connection installed in the new place. But the customer care response has been very poor and disappointing. I had raised a request on 3rd of April for the reloaction of my Tata Sky connection at my new address. The request reference number for the same is HEDIKX6. Its has already been more than 10 days and still the connection has not been installed. Also I have lost more than Rs 200 that were there in my account when I had shifted to the new place. Regertfully I have to say that this is the worst customer care experience that I had with Tata Sky. I didn't expect this from a leading network. I have been left with no other option but to switch to some other network provider for my TV and I would now never recommend any of my friends or colleague to ever get a Tata Sky connection.
